Tell me about allergens!

The allergens for our pre-order products are detailed on each product listing but please be aware that we work in a kitchen that handles gluten / egg / milk / soya / nuts / peanuts / sesame / celery / mustard / sulphur dioxide daily so cannot guarantee the absence of these allergens in our products.

Where and when do I collect?

We offer collections on Fridays between 11am-4pm from both our shops.
Please make sure you select the correct location when placing your order.

Our shops are located at:
SOUTHSIDE: 54 Sinclair Drive, G42 9PY
WEST END: 21 Dowanhill Street, G11 5QR.

Please have your order number ready for us.

How far in advance can I order?

We're currently only running our preorders on a week by week basis - so orders will open on the Sunday before the Friday collection/delivery date.

Can I buy baked goods on the day without pre-ordering?

Absolutely, we always have a good amount of stock available at both shops for general sale if you’d prefer just to pick something up on the day.

Can/should I crisp it up in the oven? And can I freeze products?

Yes - this is the best part! Each of the products can be revitalised beautifully in the oven - so we recommend looking at the product pages for instructions on how to crisp it up.
Most products can be frozen. -again, check individual product pages for instructions.

How do deliveries work?

Deliveries will be made between 12pm-5pm on Fridays. Minimum spend for local delivery is £15 (excluding delivery) and delivery costs £3. We currently deliver to the following areas: Southside, City Centre, Dennistoun and the West End. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your area you can try your postcode out once you've selected 'Local Delivery' in your Shopping Cart. PLEASE NOTE: when entering your postcode for local delivery please ensure you use a space between the 2 halves e.g. G11 5QR not G115QR

I want to place an order for my office or workplace, is that possible?

Absolutely! If it's a smallish order and you're happy with Friday delivery please go ahead and order via the website. We can possibly deliver to offices on other days and can take on larger orders - please contact us at hello@bigbearbakery.com to arrange this.
