Awesome Bakes Since 2007

We’re Ian and Dominique, and together with our two cubs, we’re the family at the heart of Big Bear Bakery. Established in 2007, we’ve been baking awesome cakes for well over a decade now, and since 2018, we’ve been operating our wildly popular shop in Battlefield for the public every weekend. In September 2022 we opened our new West End shop and as of 2023, we’ll be offering some of our favourites UK-wide, so you can get your fix from Glencoe to Grangemouth!

Our bakery unit in Glasgow is the heart of the operation, where every day we’re trying out new products, refining our offering using the best produce currently in season, and trying to push the boundaries of great baking and cake-making. We’re all about constantly trying new flavours, finding new combinations, and introducing fresh ideas - and it’s really exciting that people seem to respond to that and keep coming back for more!
