Victoria Sponge (Simple Style)

This is a more rustic option to our celebration style victoria sponge cake - still lovely, but more simply decorated, un-iced round the sides and available in one size.

Vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam + vanilla buttercream, topped with freeze dried raspberry powder.

Allergens: gluten / egg / milk.

 Store in fridge until 2-3 hours before eating.
